Will the S15 Plus fit my laptop?
The S15 Plus is designed for compatible 13–17.3″ laptops. Screen size alone doesn’t guarantee a fit—please check your laptop’s width, thickness, and available video ports before purchasing.
Can I connect it with just one cable?
Yes, if your laptop’s USB-C port supports video output and supplies sufficient power. Otherwise, use Mini HDMI for video with a separate USB power connection. A charging-only USB-C port cannot output video.
Do I need to install a driver?
No additional display driver is required for a direct USB-C video or Mini HDMI connection. After connecting, select “Extend” in your computer’s display settings to use the screen as an additional workspace.
Can I use the screen in portrait mode?
Yes. Reposition the screen into its supported portrait setup, then change the display orientation in your computer’s settings. Use landscape for spreadsheets and comparisons, or portrait for long documents and code.
Can I charge my laptop through the S15 Plus?
Yes, with a compatible PD charger, USB-C cable, and laptop. Connect the charger to the screen’s designated PD input. Your laptop’s connected USB-C port must support charging.
Does the S15 Plus have a built-in battery?
No. It receives power from your computer or a compatible external power source. When using Mini HDMI for video, a separate USB power connection is required.
Does it have built-in speakers?
Yes. Select the monitor as the audio output device in your computer’s sound settings to use its built-in speakers.
What should I do if the screen flickers or shows “No Signal”?
