ANYKING Support helps with portable monitors and laptop screen extenders, including compatibility checks, cable selection, driver installation, display settings, and troubleshooting. We can also assist with product manuals, order questions, and return or warranty requests.
Check your exact laptop model, available video outputs, and supported number of external displays. For laptop-mounted extenders, also check the mounting dimensions. Share your computer model and the ANYKING product you are considering so our team can help confirm the requirements.
A USB-C connector alone does not confirm video support. For a native USB-C video connection, the laptop port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode or a compatible video-output standard. USB display models use a different connection method and may require software. Follow the requirements for your specific ANYKING model.
This depends on the model. ANYKING P7 PRO and P9 ULTRA support multiple displays through one USB host connection after the required software setup. External power may still be needed. Standard P7 and P9 PRO setups require a separate video signal for each added screen.
Models using standard native USB-C video or HDMI connections generally do not require additional USB display software. Driver-based models, including P7 PRO, P9 ULTRA, and Z3, require the appropriate software setup. Check your model’s manual before downloading a driver.
Compatibility depends on the ANYKING model, your MacBook’s external-display capabilities, and the connection method. Some Macs limit the number of native external displays. For driver-based products, also confirm support for your macOS version. Provide your exact Mac model when requesting compatibility help.
Power requirements vary by model and connection. A compatible USB-C port may provide both video and sufficient power for certain displays. HDMI setups and some multi-display configurations require separate USB power. Use the power supply specified in your product manual.
Confirm that the cable is connected to the correct video-input port and that your laptop port supports the required connection. Check external power, reconnect the cables, and look for the display in your computer’s display settings. For driver-based models, confirm that the required software is installed and running.
Check whether both screens receive the required video signal and sufficient power. For native connections, confirm that your laptop supports two external displays. For USB display models, check the driver and software permissions. Testing each screen separately can help identify a cable, port, power, or setup issue.
Open your computer’s display settings and choose whether to extend your desktop or mirror the main screen. In extended mode, arrange the display positions to match your physical setup. Available options depend on your computer, operating system, and connection method.
